Keeping records is part and parcel of successful handicapping. Handicappers benefit from information about horses and racetracks they might want to use in the coming weeks and from monitoring their successes and failures at the betting windows.

THE ROI
It means "Return on investment", or money won divided by money bet. ROI is the offical method for keeping score.
